So I know what you are thinking... when did you go the the arboretum?? Well, this is at our house. The flowers are just beautiful in the spring. However, Mom has done sooo much hard work to keep it up. Where the flowers grow, the weeds grow even faster. But with all the work we have done, it does look good. Our garden is growing well. The lettuce, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, onions, and broccoli have all come up. The asparagus hasn't but Mom assures me it takes awhile.

Tribute to TEXAS

Aunt Pam and Uncle Tim gave me this shirt.  It is still a little big, but I like to sleep in it.  i once chose it for my sleep shirt 3 nights in a row!
I can finally put my horns up all by myself.  I am very proud of it! Go Horns!

Baby brother

Mamaw gave me this baby because I ask for a baby brother or sister most every day. At my school, a lot of the kids have baby brothers and sisters. But I don't Mom said that I should stick with this baby first. So I got this baby boy and I named him Schatze. I put him to bed every night and wake up and feed him in the morning. I still tell Mom and Dad that I want a baby... but not as often.

Easter egg dye

Dye isn't just for the eggs!

We decorated Easter eggs for the first time this year.  I wanted to have something for the Easter Bunny to hide for me!  It was really fun.  I kept dipping the eggs over and over.  They all ended up looking about the same color, but my hands turned out great!

Playin' in the rain!

Sometimes when it rains, you have to go play anyways!  I took this picture after Mom and I played out in the rain.  We played basketball and I rode on my bike.  I got really dirty... but had lots of fun!

New video

So Mom put a new video on Facebook for all of you who have access.  Sadly it won't work on my blog site.  Hope you like it.  It is a video of me cheering for the Longhorns!

The new veggie garden

In Mom's attempt to become as big of a hippie as possible, we decided to plant a vegetable garden in the backyard. We planted broccoli, asparagus, 3 types of lettuce, cabbage, onions, and potatoes. Later in the summer we will plant beans and tomatoes, but it is too cold now. It was really fun. I got to put all the seeds in and Mom dug the holes. Mom and Dad did all the hard work digging the garden out and clearing all of the grass away. Ellie and Schatze were very interested in the fertilizer. Hopefully Ellie won't dig everything up before it gets a chance to grow. It turns out that Daschunds were bred to dig out dead animals for hunters a long time ago when the bigger dogs couldn't. Ellie definitely lives up to her Daschund half.

Baseball day

This is me dressed for baseball day at school.  We had a special day where we got to learn all about baseball and wear our baseball caps all day.  Of course I wore my TEXAS hat.  Now I can do the horns and say TEXAS! FIGHT! for all you UT fans.  Go Horns!

Potty training

I am very proud of all my underwear. My favorite pair has robots on them, but I have all kinds. Spiderman, Nemo, Incredibles, Cars, Thomas the tank engine, and so much more. I am going pee pee and poo poo in the potty all the time now. I don't even have accidents at night anymore. Mom and Dad are very proud of me!

March Madness

Dadda got me these cool basketball shorts just in time for March Madness.  This is me watching some hoops while Momma was at work at the hospital.  I always like to tell Mom, " Are you a nurse?" She says yes and I say, " I'm a doctor."  Since I got my doctor set at Christmas, I have been practicing my doctor skills.

What the...

This is March in Seattle!  I cannot believe it!  I thought the snow was over but it turns out it came back just when Mamaw arrived to visit.  I think we all want spring to come at this point.
